The investment objective of the Golden Rainbow Fund is to provide total return through a combination of growth and income, and in declining markets preservation of capital. The Fund will normally hold both common stock and debt securities at all times with the mix being determined by James' assessment of overall market risk.

Mid capitalization companies are defined as companies with market capitalizations at the time of purchase of $1 billion to $8 billion.

"Small cap" refers to small capitalization - what is generally defined as companies with $500 million to $2 billion in market capitalization.
