Fund Objective
The James Small Cap Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing solely in small cap stocks.
Investment Strategy
The James Small Cap Fund invests primarily in common
stocks of small capitalization companies, defined by
the Adviser as companies with market capitalization
of $1.5 billion or less at the time of purchase. The
Adviser will normally sell a security when the
market capitalization exceeds $2 billion. Under
normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least
80% of its net assets (plus the amount of borrowing
for investment purposes, if any) in common stocks of
small capitalization companies, as defined above.
