The Balanced: Golden Rainbow Fund

If you seek a conservative investment approach - one which is achieved through an active balanced management strategy - consider an investment in the Golden Rainbow Fund.

The investment objective of the Golden Rainbow Fund is to provide total return through a combination of growth and income,  and in declining markets preservation of capital. The Fund will normally hold both common stock and debt securities at all times with the mix being determined by James' assessment of overall market risk.

The Small Cap Fund

If you're looking for potential for higher returns that smaller stocks have historically provided, consider the James Small Cap Fund for at least a portion of your portfolio. "Small cap" refers to small capitalization - what is generally defined as companies with $500 million to $2 billion in market capitalization. Historically, these small cap stocks have provided higher returns than large stocks outperforming on average by almost 4% a year.  However, these higher returns come at a price - greater volatility -with greater ups and downs than large stock

The investment objective of the James Small Cap Fund is to provide long-term capital appreciation.

The Market Neutral Fund

With this Fund, we seek to provide investors with positive returns regardless of the direction of the market... by investing in stocks which our proprietary model has determined are undervalued and/or have strong earnings growth, and selling short stocks which our model considers overvalued or which show declining earnings momentum.

Short selling carries higher levels of risk than holding stocks long, so we attempt to reduce this risk by greater diversification in the short portfolio.

The Equity Fund

If you like the potential rewards of investing in equities consider the James Equity Fund. The James Equity Fund invests in securities of all market capitalizations. The Fund often buys stocks in the S&P 500 and will typically hold more than 25 stocks.

The investment objective of the James Equity Fund is to provide long-term capital appreciation and outperform the S&P 500 Index.

The Mid Cap Fund

If you seek a investment in the mid cap arena consider the James Mid Cap Fund for at least a portion of your portfolio. The Fund invests primarily in common stocks of mid capitalization companies, defined by the adviser as those companies with market capitalizations of $1 billion up to $8 billion at the time of purchase.

The James Mid Cap Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation.
