Fund Objective
The James Mid Cap Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation.
Investment Strategy
The Fund
invests primarily in common stocks of mid
capitalization companies, defined by the adviser as those
companies with market capitalizations of $1 billion up to $8
billion at the time of purchase. The adviser will usually
sell a security when the market capitalization exceeds $8
billion, or when the company no longer meets the adviser's
investment criteria. Under
normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its
net assets (plus the amount of borrowing for investment
purposes, if any) in common stocks of mid capitalization
companies.
